"Brazil and Germany Draft Anti-spy Resolution at UN." BBC News. BBC, 11 Feb. 2013. Web. 04 Nov. 2013.

Who: instigated by Brazil, and Germany, but concerns the entire UN
What: a proposal to protect the right to international privacy
When: issue will be voted on later this month
Where: the united nations
Why: Brazil and Germany believe that the US and other nations are violating the international right to privacy, and they want to form a resolution that enforces that right. Many instances have occurred all across the world where intelligence has been gathered by privacy breeching practices, and the draft aims to eliminate such actions, but we shall see if the UN agrees to the resolution.
